These terms govern your use of molades.com and your enrolment in any Molades course or workshop. The site and programmes are operated by [Registered company name] (CIN [CIN]), registered at 59, 2nd Floor, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103 (“Molades”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these terms.
1. What we offer
Molades runs live, cohort-based design education programmes, including Interface Anatomy and Product Anatomy, and shorter workshops. Each programme page states its duration, schedule, format, price and what each tier includes. Cohorts are capped, and seats are allocated in the order payments are completed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must enrol on your behalf and accept these terms.
3. Your account and access
Your enrolment is for you alone. Keep your login details private and do not share access to sessions, recordings or community spaces with anyone else.
If we find an account being shared, we may suspend access after telling you why.
4. Enrolment and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on each programme page. [Prices are inclusive / exclusive of GST at 18%.]
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
If you pay in instalments or through an EMI or education-loan provider, your agreement with that provider is separate from your enrolment with us. Their interest, processing or late-payment charges are set by them, not by Molades.
Your seat is confirmed only once payment succeeds. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a seat and involves no payment.
If a price shown on the site is wrong because of an obvious error, we will contact you before confirming your enrolment, and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. How you receive access
Programmes are delivered online; there is no physical shipping. Within [24 hours] of a successful payment, we email you your enrolment confirmation, the cohort schedule, and joining instructions for live sessions, the curriculum and community spaces. If you have not heard from us within that time, write to rajat@molades.com.
6. Schedules, changes and deferral
We publish cohort start dates and session times in advance. We may occasionally need to move a session, change the instructor for a session, or update the curriculum to keep it current. If we reschedule a cohort start date by more than [14 days] and the new date does not work for you, you may cancel for a full refund.
[Proposed:] If something comes up before your cohort starts, you can move your seat to a later cohort once, within [12 months] of your original start date, [at no charge]. Details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Your conduct
You agree to take part respectfully, not to disrupt sessions, and not to harass other students or staff. We may remove anyone who breaches this, without a refund, after a warning except in serious cases.
8. Intellectual property
Course materials, recordings, templates, frameworks and kits belong to Molades. They are licensed to you for your own learning, not sold to you, and the licence is personal and non-transferable.
You may not record live sessions, or redistribute, resell or publish course materials.
Work you create during a programme belongs to you. With your permission, we may feature it, with credit, on molades.com, including the Wall of Fame, and in our marketing.
If you give us a testimonial, we may publish it with your name, photo and role, with your permission. You can ask us to remove your work or testimonial at any time and we will do so within [7 days].
9. No guaranteed outcomes
Our programmes are designed to improve your skills, portfolio and interview readiness. We do not guarantee any job offer, promotion, salary increase or placement. Testimonials and student outcomes on this site are real individual experiences; they are not a promise, and your results will depend on your effort, experience and the job market.
10. Third-party tools
Some sessions and assignments use third-party tools such as Figma, video conferencing and community platforms. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Molades is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the amount you paid for that programme.
13. Your responsibility for misuse
If you share or republish course materials against these terms, or use the programme to break the law, you are responsible for the losses that causes Molades.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as natural disasters, internet or platform outages, government orders or public emergencies. If one of these cancels a cohort outright, you will get a full refund or a seat in the next cohort.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you enrolled applies to that enrolment. We will post changes on this page with a new “last updated” date.
16. Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, please write to our Grievance Officer first; most issues are resolved that way. These terms are governed by the laws of India. [Proposed, for your lawyer:] unresolved disputes go to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, seated in Bengaluru, and otherwise the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
