What do you actually get?
In 2016, there was barely anything to learn design from. Today it's the opposite: thousands of tutorials, most either too shallow to get you hired or too advanced to follow without a roadmap. Neither actually helps a self-taught designer level up.
Molades is the system we wish we'd had. Advanced-level rigor, broken into steps you can actually follow, built to get you shipping products and earning what that work is worth.
What we decided to do

Our courses go from the absolute basics to advanced, industry-grade execution, with a roadmap any self-taught designer can follow. Not content to consume. A system to grow through.
Most design education disappears once the session ends. We don't. We stay in the room, review your work, and hold you to what you actually ship, not just the syllabus.

Any tutorial does that. We believe in guiding a designer through a transformation they can feel and show.

2016
Self-Taught Foundation
We started with nothing: no resources, no roadmap, no one to ask. We learned the hard way what makes a designer irreplaceable and built the curriculum we wish we’d had.
2023
First Live Cohort
Four months of intensive, practitioner-led guidance. Designers built real products and defended their decisions in front of us. Then they shipped. The model worked.
2024
India’s first Design Systems community
A dedicated community for designers who wanted to go deeper into systems thinking, tokens, and component architecture.
2025
Cohorts at Scale
We took our cohorts into large organizations and trained 60 designers at a time, keeping the same honesty and depth at scale.
2026
Molades is born
Molades becomes a full, outcome-driven academy: a catalog of courses from entry-level to senior product designer. No fluff, just the skills you need to earn on your own terms.
