This policy explains what personal data [Registered company name] (“Molades”) collects through molades.com, why, and what you can do about it. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000.
1. What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, the programme you are interested in, and any message or comments you add.You enrol and pay

2. Why we use it
To reply to you and keep you informed about programmes you asked about, by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
To enrol you, deliver the programme, and send schedules and joining instructions.
To process payments and refunds, and to keep records the law requires.
To understand how the site is used, improve it, and prevent fraud or abuse.
To send you news about future cohorts, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time, and we will not call or message you for marketing once you have.
We rely on your consent when you submit a form or enrol, and on legitimate uses permitted by law, such as keeping transaction records.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers who help us run Molades, and only for that purpose:
Razorpay — Payment processing and refunds
Mixpanel — Website analytics
Framer — Website hosting
FormSubmit — Delivering contact form messages to our inbox

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
4. Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies, mainly Mixpanel analytics cookies that help us count visits and understand how pages are used. There are no advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
5. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and contact form details for up to [24 months] or until you ask us to delete them. We keep enrolment and payment records for eight years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Analytics data is kept in line with Mixpanel’s retention settings.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent you gave us. Write to rajat@molades.com and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, and payments are handled by Razorpay under PCI-DSS standards. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach as the law requires.
8. Children
Our programmes are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian’s consent, and we delete it promptly if we find we have.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.
